Manage leads and trials
A lead is someone interested who has not signed up yet. RollCall keeps them in a pipeline so a walk in or a web enquiry never falls through the cracks, and converts cleanly to a member when they commit.
Where leads come from
- Add a lead by hand from the pipeline.
- Publish a public capture form on your gym page, so an enquiry from the web lands straight in your pipeline.
Work the pipeline
StarterPro On Starter and Pro you get the full trial pipeline with follow up stages. On Free you can keep a manual list of up to 10 leads, which is an upsell when you fill it, not an error.- Open People, then the Pipeline tab.
- Move a lead through your stages as you follow up.
Convert a lead
When a lead signs up, convert them. RollCall creates their member record and belt so they drop onto your real roster, and their trial history stays for your reporting. Converting keeps your roster count honest, which is why you add prospects here rather than as members. See add your members.
