Moderate the community board

Your gym has a community board where members post and comment. Owners and managers are moderators automatically, and you can grant a trusted member the board moderator role too.

Moderator powers

From any post or comment you can:

• Pin an announcement to the top, or feature a great post.
• Lock a post to stop new comments, and unlock it later.
• Remove or restore a post or comment. Removal is a soft delete that leaves a tombstone and your reason, so nothing vanishes without a trail.

The report queue

Members can report a post, comment, or user. Reports collect in a queue you work through, and you can set the board to auto hide an item once it passes a report threshold, so the worst content is gone before you even look.

Board settings and the log

You control a banned words list with simple auto moderation that holds matching posts for review, and the report threshold. Every moderator action is written to a moderation log, who did what to which item, with the reason and time, visible to owners.
