Retain members and manage holds

Keeping a member is cheaper than finding one. RollCall spots who is slipping away before they quit, and lets you pause a membership cleanly when life gets in the way.

Spot who is at risk

StarterPro On Starter and Pro, the at risk view flags members whose attendance has dropped, so you can reach out before they are gone. On Free this analytics view is an upsell; you can still see attendance on each record.

1. Open People, then the At risk tab.
2. Work the list, a message or a check in often turns someone around.

Put a member on hold

When a member travels or gets injured, put them on a hold instead of removing them. A hold pauses their dues for the period and keeps every bit of their history, and you release it when they return. See collect dues for how a hold skips billing.
