Set up your technique curriculum
Your curriculum is the list of techniques a member should know for each belt. Set it once, mark it off as students learn, and it drives the progress your members see.
Define the techniques for a belt
- Open your belt requirements from the grading area.
- For each belt, list the techniques a student works toward.
- Save. The list now applies to every student on that belt.
Mark a student's progress
As a student drills and shows a technique, mark it complete on their record. Their progress toward the next belt updates immediately.
The three bars a member sees
Every member watches three progress bars toward their next belt:
- Classes attended.
- Months in grade.
- Techniques marked complete.
Together they answer the question every student asks, how close am I, without anyone having to guess. See follow your belt progress for the member's view.
What's next
- Track belts and promotions, where eligibility uses this curriculum.
- Read your reports, to see grading across your whole gym.
