Set staff roles and permissions

Give each person on your team the access they need and no more. RollCall has a small set of roles so this stays simple.

The roles

• Owner. You. Full access, including billing and plan changes. Only an owner can manage what the gym pays RollCall.
• Manager. Runs the gym day to day: roster, attendance, dues, schedule, and reports. Everything except the gym's own billing.
• Coach and front desk. Staff who take attendance and manage members on the mat and at the desk.
• Member. Trains here, sees their own record, books, chats, and pays. No staff powers.

Moderators

Owners and managers are moderators of your community board automatically. You can also grant a trusted member the board moderator role without making them staff. See moderate the community board.
