Track belts and promotions

RollCall tracks every member's belt, stripes, and time in grade, tells you who is ready, and turns each promotion into free marketing for your gym.

Read the belt board

1. Open People, then the Belts tab.
2. The belt board groups your members by rank, so you can see your whole mat at a glance.

See who is eligible

RollCall watches each member's attendance and time in grade against the belt requirements you set, and flags who is eligible for their next stripe or belt. You promote on your judgement; RollCall just surfaces the candidates so no one is overlooked.

Log a promotion

1. Open the member from the belt board.
2. Record the new belt or stripe with the date.
3. Save. Their time in grade clock resets to the new rank, and their technique progress starts fresh toward the next belt.

The share card is your free marketing

When you log a promotion, RollCall auto generates a branded, gym verified belt card the member can share to social. Because the belt is read from your promotion record, not self entered, it is a trust signal a member's followers cannot fake, and every share links back to your gym.
