Plans and pricing

This section is about your gym's RollCall subscription. Collecting dues from your own members is a different thing, see collect dues.

Three plans, priced by the size of gym they fit. The exact numbers and limits are in the table on the plans and billing page, which is the one place prices live so they never drift.

What each tier unlocks

• Free. Run a small gym for nothing: attendance, belts, the schedule, the board, and a roster up to the Free student cap. When you outgrow a limit it is an upsell, not a wall.
• Starter. The paid features most gyms want: online dues collection, waitlists, the lead and trial pipeline, class packs, at risk analytics, CSV export, longer report history, and RollCall branding removed.
• Pro. Everything in Starter plus member segments for targeted broadcasts, unlimited report history, unlimited students, and a second location with roll ups across gyms.

Annual saves two months

Pay annually and you pay for ten months but get twelve: Starter is ₱8,990/yr and Pro is ₱19,990/yr. It is the same plan, billed once.

Extra locations

Pro includes two locations. Each additional gym beyond that is ₱499/mo, VAT inclusive. See run multiple locations.
