Grace period and lapse
This section is about your gym's RollCall subscription. Collecting dues from your own members is a different thing, see collect dues.
If a subscription payment does not come through, RollCall does not cut you off or delete anything. It reminds you, gives you a grace window, and only then steps your gym down to Free.
The sequence
- Reminder. A payment is due or a renewal did not go through, so you get a heads up.
- Past due. The payment is still missing. Your plan keeps working while you sort it out.
- Grace. You have a 10 day grace window from the due date to pay.
- Lapse to Free. If the grace passes unpaid, your gym returns to the Free plan.
Your data is safe
A lapse never deletes anything. Your members, attendance, belts, and history all stay. What changes is that the paid limits come back on: anything over the Free caps becomes read only, with an upgrade prompt instead of an error.
Coming back
Pay again and your plan reactivates, and every paid feature and all your data switch straight back on. There is nothing to restore.
