Storage and plan limits

This section is about your gym's RollCall subscription. Collecting dues from your own members is a different thing, see collect dues.

Uploads like avatars and message attachments use storage, and each plan includes a quota. The exact amounts are in the table on the plans and billing page.

What you can upload

• Images, such as photos and avatars, up to 10 MB each.
• Documents, such as PDFs and waivers, up to 25 MB each.
• No video. Video is deliberately left out; it is what turns a few uploads into gigabytes, and keeping it out is part of how RollCall stays affordable.

When you reach your quota

If your gym fills its storage, new uploads are blocked with an upgrade prompt. Nothing already uploaded is touched or lost. A bigger plan simply raises the quota. Like every limit in RollCall, a full quota is an upsell, not an error.
