Receipts and VAT

This section is about your gym's RollCall subscription. Collecting dues from your own members is a different thing, see collect dues.

Every payment gets an official receipt with a VAT breakdown, so your bookkeeping is clean.

Find your receipts

1. Open Billing at app.rollcallhq.xyz/settings/billing.
2. Your receipts are listed there, each with a number that starts with RC-OR- and the year.

The VAT line

Prices are VAT inclusive, so the number you see is the number you pay. The receipt then breaks out the 12% VAT already inside that price, calculated as the gross amount times 12 divided by 112. On a ₱899 charge, that is about ₱96 of VAT inside the ₱899. This is the Philippine digital services VAT under RA 12023, and showing it is a requirement, not an extra charge.
