The 30 day Pro trial

This section is about your gym's RollCall subscription. Collecting dues from your own members is a different thing, see collect dues.

The trial gives you every Pro feature for 30 days with no card, so you can run your gym on the full product before deciding.

How it starts

Register from a pricing button, one that says Start 30 day free trial, and the trial begins the moment your gym is created. A plain Free signup does not start a trial, and there is no card and no charge either way. See create your gym.

The rules, plainly

• One trial per team, ever. It cannot be restarted, so start it when you are ready to actually try RollCall.
• No card is required to start, and nothing is charged when it ends.
• In the last 7 days, a thin bar appears across the top of the app, so the end date never surprises you.

What happens at day 30

When the trial ends, your gym goes back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. If you added more than the Free plan allows, say more students than the Free cap, that data is all still there, just read only, and you see an upgrade prompt instead of an error. Upgrade whenever you like and everything switches back on.
