Pay by GCash, Maya, or bank

This section is about your gym's RollCall subscription. Collecting dues from your own members is a different thing, see collect dues.

You can pay your RollCall subscription with GCash, Maya, GoTyme, or a bank transfer. It is not instant like a card, but it is simple, and RollCall gives you a reference so your payment is easy to match.

Pay

1. Open Billing at app.rollcallhq.xyz/settings/billing. Owner only.
2. Choose your plan, then the local payment option.
3. RollCall shows its receiving details and a reference that starts with RC-.
4. Pay the amount in your wallet or banking app, and put the RC- reference in the payment note.

When your plan turns on

Activation is not automatic. RollCall confirms the payment on its side, then your plan starts for the period. This usually happens quickly, but it is a real human step, so it is not the same second you press send.

If a day passes

If your plan has not activated a day after you paid, check that you included the RC- reference, then reach out. See contact support.
