When the docs do not solve it, reach a person. Support lives inside the app, so your details come along automatically.

Send a support message

  1. Open Support in the app.
  2. Describe what happened. You do not need to list your gym, plan, or which page you were on; RollCall attaches those for you.
  3. Send. This creates a ticket and emails our team, and any reply comes back to your own email.

The AI helper, and its wall

The Support page also has a helper that answers questions about using RollCall. It is deliberately limited: it only knows these public help articles and the FAQ, and it has no access to your account or any gym's data. That is on purpose, it cannot leak anyone's information. For anything account specific, a payment that has not matched, a login you cannot recover, it hands you to the contact form, where a person picks it up.
