Your first week checklist
Your Home screen shows a Finish setting up your gym card with seven steps. Each one ticks off on its own the moment you finish it, and the card disappears when you are done. Here is what each step is for.
The seven steps
- Add your gym logo. Open People, then Admin, and upload your logo in the Gym logo card. It then shows in the app header on every member's screen. A transparent PNG looks best.
- Add your profile photo. Set your own photo so members recognise you in chat and on the roster. See manage your account.
- Fill in your contact details. Add your name and mobile so the gym has a face and a number. Same screen as your photo.
- Set how members pay you. Add your GCash, Maya, or bank details so members know where to send dues. Full guide: collect dues.
- Create your first class. Two fields, from the Schedule tab. See set up your class schedule.
- Add your first student. By name, email optional. See add your members.

Beyond the checklist
Once the card is gone, these four make the gym feel run in:
- Post your first broadcast so members know you are live. See send broadcasts and announcements.
- Set your dues plans so billing runs itself. See collect dues.

- Set your board defaults before members start posting. See moderate the community board.
What good looks like after week one
Members are checking in by QR, at least one class is on the schedule, dues details are set, and your logo is on every screen. From here, the owner and coach guides cover everything else at your own pace.
