Set up your class schedule

A class is the thing members check in to and book, so before anything else you create one. This takes two fields.

Create your first class

  1. Open Attendance, then the Schedule tab. Only staff see this.
  2. Select + New class.
  3. Enter a Class name, for example Fundamentals or No Gi.
  4. Pick a Program: Kids, Fundamentals, Advanced, or Open mat. This is how RollCall groups your classes; open mat is the free training slot.
  5. If your team runs more than one gym, pick which gym the class belongs to. With a single gym this is chosen for you.
  6. Select Create class.

You can also reach this from the Create your first class step on your Home checklist, which drops you on the same Schedule tab.

What happens next: the class is saved and counts toward your setup checklist. To put it on the weekly calendar with times and capacity so members can book a spot, you give it a schedule, covered next.
