Privacy and minors

RollCall is built so that training data stays with the people it belongs to, and so that children are protected by default. Here are the guarantees in one place.

Minors are private

A minor never has a public profile and no child stats are ever indexed by search engines. A child is managed by a guardian, and while a child's promotion card can be generated for a parent to share, there is no public page for a child, ever. See follow your child's progress.

Public profiles are opt in

An adult member's profile starts at gym only. A member chooses to make it public, controls what it shows, and can take it down at any time, which also disables their share link. See share your profile and belt card.

No contact details in public

A public profile never shows an email or a phone number. Contact details stay inside your gym.

Your training log is yours

A member's training log is private by default; only they see it. They may choose to share a single session with a coach, and nothing else is visible unless they share it. See keep a training log.

Guardians see only what the gym granted

A parent account can see and do only what the gym set when it linked them, such as following progress and paying. See parent guides.

One gym cannot see another

Each gym's data is completely isolated. Your gym's roster, dues, and messages are never visible to another gym on RollCall.
