Keep a training log

Your training log is your own notebook for what happened on the mat. It is private, it is not the gym's attendance record, and it is where you spot your own patterns over time.

Log a session

  1. Open People, then the Training tab.
  2. Add a session. The date is today and, if you checked into a class, it is filled in for you.
  3. Set the type: gi, no gi, open mat, private, competition, or seminar.
  4. Add your rolls: the partner, how it went, and any submissions for or against.
  5. Save.

It is yours

Only you see your log. If you want feedback, you can share a single session with your coach, which is handy when you are training away from the gym. Nothing else is shared unless you choose to.

See your patterns

Your dashboard adds up your sessions, mat time, rolls, and submissions, tracks your training day streak, and shows trends like your most trained partners over the weeks.
